Hi, I’m Kayce.

I grew up down a gravel lane on a tranquil island in the pacific northwest where roadside flower stands were commonplace and standard franchises and chain stores were not allowed. It is a truly special place and I am so lucky to have called it home.

Fast forward 20 years or so and I am now settled in the suburbs of Chicago with my own little family, longing to bring my slice of heaven to our local community.

Well, in 2023 I decided to take a hold of my dreams and with the help of my husband, it came to life! We expanded our garden to just over 1,000 sq feet and dedicated a whole section to cut flowers.

Now, I am truly living my dream! Providing our community with freshly baked organic artisan sourdough breads, seasonal freshly cut garden bouquets and bundles of organically grown fruits and veggies from seed.

It is a labor of love, and if nothing else, I hope when you come to Trail’s End you leave with a smile on your face and a warmth in your heart - you all certainly warm mine every day.
